About Position

We are looking for an experienced project manager for Hyderabad location with good expertise in ensuring customer success thru proper planning, communication and delivering quality deliverables on time.
The candidate shall be open to travel (occasional short trips which can vary from 1 day to 30 days based on project needs) to the business locations of our clients.

Qualification Required

• B.Tech. /B.E. or MCA.
• CSM/PMP certification is a plus
• Preference given to candidate with experience in Applications development / ERP implementations.

Experience Required

• More than one year experience in end-to-end project management.
• Experienced in working with development teams, testing teams, business consultants, contractors.
• Should have working knowledge of managing projects using JIRA
• Total IT experience shall be more than SIX (6) years.

Skills Required

• Project planning, execution, managing teams & stakeholders, communication with stakeholders and manage customer expectations.
• Assess project risks and issues and derive solutions where applicable.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Control changes thru Change control mechanisms, Monitor and track the risks, issues and implement mitigation plans.
• Define requirements and work with relevant cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth, efficient implementation and delivery.
• Weekly / monthly status reporting, ensure quality deliveries as per schedule and customer invoicing.
• Manage project communications, providing formal and informal status updates both internally and externally.
• Provide guidance, support to Development, Test Teams on the project as and when needed
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
